Returns & Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, makeup, or washing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Intimate or hygiene-related items
- Custom or personalized items
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photo of the product
- Photo of the packaging if damaged
- Clear description of the issue
We will review the issue and offer the best available solution.
Lost Packages / Delivery Issues
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check your delivery area
- Ask neighbors or building reception
- Confirm your shipping address
If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will assist with a replacement or resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.
Processing time: 2–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After processing begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Chargebacks
If there is an issue with your order, contact us first. We are here to help and resolve problems quickly.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.
